Ruth has been missing since the 27th November 1995. The photo was taken before her disappearance. She was just 16 when she disappeared from Betchworth in Surrey

Her family is extremely anxious for news of her whereabouts and urge anyone who may know something to get in touch. They just want to know that Ruth is alive and well and happy. Any help would be really appreciated by her family.
